SAP & Label Panels
The baseline for each product: its sew-on label code, its SAP panels, and the ballistic recipe. Serials, labels and the ballistic job sheet all read from here.
Each product gets one sew-on / carrier label (
CAR for worn items, BB for bomb blankets, or a custom code) plus its SAP panels — name them (FRONT, REAR, COLLAR, NECK, GROIN, SHOULDER…), set how many of each, and mark big or small. The count of a panel is its label repetition. Configurable extras (e.g. shoulder protectors adding 2 SAPs) are layered on at order time. Items we don't make — gloves, boots, headsets, EOD tech — get toggled “not labelled”.
