Paperwork from outside the ERP — shipping quotes, purchase orders, invoices, certificates. Tag it, note it, then find it by type, order, who filed it or when.

Plan + cost the purchasing for an order. Pick the job ref to auto-fill the header, then build the buy-list: qty required vs in stock, supplier MOQ, costs, and PO → paid → shipped → received ticks.

Supplier directory with MOQ, payment terms, contact details. Per-supplier view of every item, material, and trim bought from them.

Allocate + print serial labels for helmets, vests, SAPs, HAPs, and custom codes (cable reels, EOD kit, …).

Print-tracking grid — rows are orders, columns are STICK-ON (Big SAP / HAP / Small SAP / Helmet / Helmet w/ Visor) and SEW-ON (Carrier). Tick each cell as it's printed.

How many big / small SAPs each product carries — drag plates on the vest box, per-item counters. Drives the SAP label counts on serials and the labels grid.

Goods In + Goods Out logged at reception. Find what's waiting for you (Goods In is a log — no need to "collect"), track outbound shipments by courier, link parcels to orders. ⭐ Mine filter narrows to your inbound parcels.

Year-to-date tally of what's gone out the door. Live shipments plus legacy imports for pre-system history. Includes a tracking-link table for every outbound parcel logged.

The quote-reference register (Q26-001…, like Engineering's ENG refs). Each ref gathers its pricing-engine quotes and box-nester packing plans in one place, with status (open / sent / won / lost).

Final pricing sheets awaiting approval. Send a quote from the Pricing Engine or build a custom sheet; whoever approves it gets stamped on the sign-off.

Stock physically held back for a future tender or project — tagged (e.g. TUNISIA), photographed, with line items + status (hold / won / lost). Not deducted from inventory; just flagged "spoken for".

Cold-storage register for samples we've purchased from other companies — competitor kit, customer originals, master samples, R&D pieces. Photos, supplier, qty/size, value, box name & location.
